New Westminster is at the geographical centre of the Metro Vancouver area. From here, you can reach virtually every point in the region within a 30 minute drive. New Westminster is connected to the regional road network, and also well served by public transportation. SkyTrain, our rapid transit system, has 5 stations in New Westminster. Local bus routes traverse New Westminster.

Westminster Centre offers an abundance of customer and tenant parking. We have more than 550 stalls over 3 levels. Customer parking is subject to time limitations, so please check the signage in the parking lots. Staff parking can be arranged by contacting the administration office.

Westminster Centre offers well improved office space for small and medium size companies. Office space is located on levels 2, 3 and 4. Level 2 is most suitable for medical offices. Level 3 and 4 are home to a variety of businesses and professional services firms. Typical office spaces range from 800 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft. The building is equipped with modern building systems, including new elevators and escalators, air conditioning systems, and card access and CCTV systems.

Westminster Centre is owned and managed by Uptown Property Group, a local family owned company. We develop, manage and lease our own office and retail buildings. Our New Westminster office is located on the 3rd floor of Westminster Centre. From here, we look after our properties nearby with our own, highly experienced property management and building maintenance staff members.
