Westminster Centre is owned and managed by Uptown Property Group, a division of UPG Property Group Inc.
Our company owns and manages several retail and office buildings in the Vancouver area. Through its affiliates, the company has been active in New Westminster since the acquisition of Westminster Centre in 1987. We also own and manage office buildings downtown Vancouver.
We meticulously look after our buildings with pride and care. We provide first class property management services to our tenants with our own staff providing building engineering, maintenance, and janitorial services. We always strive to exceed our tenants’ expectations.
